What If Something Happened and I Need To Shorten My Stay?
HotelwithHeart.com only earns its commissions for bookings that you actually paid upon check out (exclusive of tax and service charge). Your HWH Rewards Points will be adjusted according to your shortened stay.
What If I Extend my Booking?
We will gladly adjust your earned points according to your extension if you book online through HotelwithHeart.com since we are only able to receive commissions through bookings done on our site.
What If I Cancel my Booking?
You will not be able to earn HWH Rewards Points on cancelled bookings.
If I Don’t Redeem My HWH Rewards Points Right Away and Let It Earn More Points Than The Qualifying Points (50,000) Will I Get More Money?
No. The minute that your HWH Rewards Points reaches the Qualifying Points, we will send you an email notification with further instructions on how to receive your HWH Cash Rebate. It is required that you redeem your HWH Cash Rebate within 30 days.
Where Can I See My HWH Rewards Point’s Status?
Upon registering, you will have access to your Transaction History. It records all your bookings and HWH Rewards Points.
What If I Change My Contact Details?
You need to update your contact details in your HWH Rewards Points Account.
Will My HWH Points Rewards Expire?
Your HWH Rewards Points can reset when you redeem your HWH Rewards Points or you have reached the anniversary of your registration. So for example, if you registered on 01 January 2011, your points will then be reset on 01 January 2012. It is important that you reach your Qualifying Points before the date of your registration anniversary. You can redeem your HWH Cash Rebate as often as you reach the Qualifying Points before your registration anniversary.
